Today we went to the Lama Temple, which I will show some photos of tomorrow. Look close for an idea of how hard it rain while we were there, I mean buckets and buckets of rain. Here some tourist stuck in a narrow archway. I had to buy socks back the press center.I shot this from under the awning of a shop where I bargained for a Chinese chess set and an umbrella. She wanted 460 yuan, I paid 120, from $65 to $17, not bad for a kid from Queens. The umbrella, I paid $1.40 (10 yuan), she started at 25. I guess all that Stuy Town flea market practice pays off.
p.s. in case you are wondering when I work, I come in about 8a and have to be here until about 8p so I do quick tours in the middle of the day.
